Our dashi is made completely from plant based ingredients. Dashi broth is a Japanese broth that has a strong & delicate umami flavour. The Kombu (seaweed) and Shitake mushrooms provide the amino acids that are found in the collagen extracted in bone broth. It can be consumed as a drink by itself, a cup of soup to accompany a meal or a base for a soup.
